Reverse engineering a 16-bit Windows application

MoonStar was a Turkish dictionary and spell checker software from 1994. Sadly, its author died in a car crash in 1997.

As popular as it was decades ago, it is no longer possible to run this 16-bit application on a 64-bit Windows. So I started working on the executable and dictionary files, with the intention to release the data in a practical format and build a new GUI that imitates the original one.

I was able to fully reverse engineer the English-Turkish dictionary, but the remaining files have proved more difficult.

This is a project that I regret leaving unfinished.
